RM 6 Million to RM 8 Million
If its worth that much, aren't any of us families members who has interest in it ,NOT interested to own it? We have come to understand that some NOT family members are occupying the said land now. Whats so dangerous is that if we allow this non-family members to stay on the land illegally ,it will partially become theirs legally after 20yrs or so,rightfully so as he has plan to claim he is the only one paying for land tax( about RM 80.00 per annum). Please, someone has to check on this. Can some one get the title lot number. We need to bentang this in our Family meeting this raya.
Info has it that ,there used to be only beautiful orchard land with abundace of durian,mangosteen,coconuts and other trees. Then Pak Tuan related us this facts that that person ,years back,after just getting married do not have a place to stay and requested from Tok Chu In to live on that land. He has since built a family house on that land, built his family families house on that land, and also took opportunity to built houses which he is also renting out! Has this person been earning income from our family land? So how do we all solve or sort out this problem.
